International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT)

On June 26, 2023, the Dangerous Drugs Board is once again leading the celebration of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) to strengthen global action and cooperation in achieving a world free of drug abuse.

The IDADAIT 2023 theme - “People first: stop stigma and discrimination, strengthen prevention” - aims to raise awareness about the importance of treating people who use drugs with respect and empathy; providing evidence-based, voluntary services for all; offering alternatives to punishment; prioritizing prevention; and leading with compassion.

RGADC XII and DILG Rehiyon Dose bag four (4) awards during the 3rd GAD Summit

DILG XII RD Josephine Cabrido- Leysa, CESO III, RGADC XII Chairperson was awarded the Outstanding GAD Champion (Gawad AlaGad Award) during the 3rd GAD Summit at Manila Prince Hotel, Manila, organized by the Philippine Council for Women last June 8, 2023.

RGADC XII was also conferred with the GAD Technical Assistance Mechanism Award (GAD Kaagapay Award) and the GAD Recognition System Award (AlaGAD ng Pagkilala).

RGADC XII JOINS 3RD RGADC SUMMIT, PRESENTS its GAD SEAL CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

RD Josephine Cabrido- Leysa, CESO III, RGADC XII Chair, made Rehiyon Dose proud as she presents one of the innovations of DILG XII, the GAD Seal Certification Program, which has been named as "one of the Best Practices of RGADC XII" during the 3rd RGADC Summit.

Director Leysa cited the declaration of the Prime Regional Government Center as the Gender and Development Zone, as among the best practices in Region XII.

She highlighted that with the GAD Seal Assessment being in place, RGADC XII was able to establish the GAD Zone.

DILG Rehiyon Dose personnel and staff welcomes ‘Pag-IBIG-filled’ June with its Financial Literacy Program

DILG Rehiyon Dose’s 3rd Floor Conference Hall (also known as the Wagi Hall) was flooded with “Pag-IBIG of a different kind” as the Regional Office delivers another round of its Financial Literacy Program on June 5, 2023 during the Regular Monday convocation.
