DILG Dose successfully conducted its 2024 QMS Planning last April 02, 2024, at the Aviary Hall, The Farm at Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City.
The main objective of the activity was to discuss, update, and plan out the internal and external issues and interested parties relevant to the planned results and the Office-level Risk and Opportunity Assessment Register (ROAR).
Close to 30 participants composed of the Regional and Provincial Deputy QMRs, QMS Secretariats, and Process owners attended the said activity.
In his welcome message, DILG-Sarangani Provincial Director Samuel Camaganacan, the Regional QMR-Designate, stated that the activity was pivotal in the QMS journey because it discussed the strategies on how to address existing, emerging, and re-emerging issues and the evolving needs of the interested parties of the department. “Let us fully utilize all that we can get from the discussions...As we fulfill our purpose as public servants, let us work together to push excellence through our QMS.” PD Camaganacan said.
Meanwhile, the process owners were grouped and each group had an assigned QPs for the workshop. The participants discussed various agreements to determine applicable measures and possible improvements of QMS processes, based on each objective.
The activity ended with the presentation of outputs and was evaluated by the Regional QMR and Regional 12 QMS Assessors.
