In 2017, DILG XII portrays enthusiasm and commitment to engage again with the flagship program of the Department- the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG). All of its fifty-four (54) provincial, city and municipal LGUs are prepared for the endeavor. All the LGPMS Team of the LGUs were reorganized and the SGLG Group account was created for constant update and for avenue of forum to address the issues and concerns encountered during the phases of the program implementation.

on establishing a quality management system (QMS) that is aligned to the International Organization for Standardization ( ISO 9001:2015).
On July 4-7, 2017 at Sarangani Highlands Garden, General Santos City, the DILG XII hosted the conduct of the Initial Capability Building on the Establishment of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS for Regions XI and XII with a total of 90 participants wherein the Regional Quality Policy and quality procedures were drafted.
