In a spirit of solidarity and harmony, the Department of the Interior and Local Government XII celebrated for the first time Ramadan Iftar as part of its WELL-CARE Program on April 8, 2024 at Wagi Hall, DILG Regional Office XII, Koronadal City. The solemn ceremony brought together DILG Dose personnel, both Muslim and non-Muslim, in an act of inclusivity and communal reverence.

DILG Dose successfully conducted its 2024 QMS Planning last April 02, 2024, at the Aviary Hall, The Farm at Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City.

The main objective of the activity was to discuss, update, and plan out the internal and external issues and interested parties relevant to the planned results and the Office-level Risk and Opportunity Assessment Register (ROAR).

Close to 30 participants composed of the Regional and Provincial Deputy QMRs, QMS Secretariats, and Process owners attended the said activity.

Members of the People’s Council from the Municipality of Banga, South Cotabato successfully approved its Constitution and By-Laws and three-year Development Plan as they aim to institutionalize the Council and assist the local government unit achieve sustainable progress in the municipality. 

The Council sealed this remarkable milestone during its 2nd Annual Assembly in Blue Haven resort and Restaurant, Banga last March 18, 2024, with the theme, “Working together in a holistic Approach in attaining a Sustainable and Progressive Life for the People of Banga,"  which was graced by various local partners and stakeholders.

This landmark event, held in collaboration with esteemed partners such as the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) and the Civil Service Commission (CSC) XII, showcased a unified commitment to addressing critical issues surrounding inclusivity and women’s empowerment.

Organized in line with the celebration of Women’s Month, the event shed light on pertinent issues facing women in the workforce and emphasized the importance of community engagement.
