DILG Dose leads the Prioritization Conference for RCSP Target Barangays

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Regional Office XII, through the Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Division, successfully conducted a two-day Prioritization Conference for the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) target barangays last July 23-24, 2024, at The Farm Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City, South Cotabato.

This two-day Prioritization Conference aimed to identify major PPAs of the ELCAC target barangays which will be endorsed to the higher LGUs, national government agencies, congresspersons, and private sectors for possible funding.

Today, the Governance Exemplars for Meaningful Service (GEMS) Awards are taking center stage at DILG Dose, honors champions of public service. Themed "Inspiring Excellence: Celebrating DILG Dose’s Champions of Public Service," the evening promised to honor exceptional individuals who have gone above and beyond in their commitment to public service.

In support of the government’s thrust in the Kalinisan sa Bagong Pilipinas Program, the Barangay Kalinisan Day (BarKaDa) continued to gain momentum, showcasing Barangay Tuyan, Malapatan, Sarangani during the 27th week of the clean-up drive.

Led by Punong Barangay Hon. Ritchel Rabor, a short program was conducted at the Community Fish Landing Center in Purok Magkaisa, Barangay Tuyan, Malapatan. In his speech, he expressed the barangay’s support and commitment to all environmental endeavors, particularly the Kalinisan Programs.

Groundbreaking of Sarangani Provincial Tourism Center

A new Provincial Tourism Center in Sarangani is rising soon!

The Provincial Government Unit of Sarangani held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Provincial Tourism Center last July 1, 2024 at the Provincial Capitol Compound, Alabel, Sarangani Province, funded under the Seal of Good Local Governance Incentives Fund (SGLG-IF) program.

The project, funded with Php 4 Million allocation under the Seal of Good Local Governance Incentives Fund (SGLG-IF) program, is set to rise in the Capitol compound.
