The Department of the Interior and Local Government Rehiyon Dose, represented by Admin. Assistant II Marielle Joyce S. Tuble and DMO II Ivy Grace R. Castro, armed with their passion for cooking, was awarded as the 1st Runner Up during the Filipino Food Month Cooking Contest with a theme, “Kalutong Filipino, Lakas ng Kabataang Makabago”, held by the Department of Agriculture Region XII last April 22, 2024.

As the lead agency of the five (5) RTF-ELCAC Clusters namely: Basic Services Cluster, Local Government Empowerment Cluster, Localized Peace Engagement Cluster, ECLIP and Amnesty Program Cluster, and Sectoral Unification, Capacity Building, Empowerment and Mobilization (SUCBEM) Clusters, the Department of the Interior and Local Government XII facilitated the 1st Quarter DILG-led Clusters Meeting on March 21-22, 2024, at the Farm @ Carpenter Hill, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato. A total of 40 participants attended the meeting.

The Joint Regional Task-Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (JRTF-ELCAC) SOCCSKSARGEN Region held its 1st Quarter Full Council Meeting for CY 2024 at the Grand Summit Hotel in General Santos City on Monday, April 1, 2024.

The activity aims to provide the JRTF-ELCAC XII a direction in the implementation of the NTF-ELCAC’s Whole of Government interventions and Whole of Society participation towards the promotion of Good Governance. The NTF-ELCAC is crafting a medium-term Roadmap that will ensure a path to unity, security, inclusive and sustainable peace and development throughout the President’s term.

In a spirit of solidarity and harmony, the Department of the Interior and Local Government XII celebrated for the first time Ramadan Iftar as part of its WELL-CARE Program on April 8, 2024 at Wagi Hall, DILG Regional Office XII, Koronadal City. The solemn ceremony brought together DILG Dose personnel, both Muslim and non-Muslim, in an act of inclusivity and communal reverence.

DILG Dose successfully conducted its 2024 QMS Planning last April 02, 2024, at the Aviary Hall, The Farm at Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City.

The main objective of the activity was to discuss, update, and plan out the internal and external issues and interested parties relevant to the planned results and the Office-level Risk and Opportunity Assessment Register (ROAR).

Close to 30 participants composed of the Regional and Provincial Deputy QMRs, QMS Secretariats, and Process owners attended the said activity.
