The Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) XII successfully conducted its 3rd Quarter Regular meeting last September 27, 2018 at The Farm, Carpenter Hill, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato.

The meeting was presided by RPOC XII Chairperson, Hon. Governor Datu Pax Mangudadatu, Al Haj., Ph.D.  It was attended by the RPOC XII Vice Chairperson, PCSupt. Eliseo Rasco of PNP-PRO XII, RPOC Head Secretariat RD Reynaldo M. Bungubung, CESO IV of DILG XII, BGen. Roberto Ancan of the 10th ID, PA and BGen. Juvymax R. Uy of the 6th ID, PX and PPOC Chairperson of South Cotabato, Hon. Governor Daisy Avance Fuentes and the other 31 regular members of the RPOC XII.  

Part of the pronouncement of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte in his 2016 State of the Nation Address is to reduce requirements and processing time of all government transactions. Right after his pronouncement, a Joint Memorandum Circular entitled Revised Standards in Processing Business Permit and Licenses in all Cities and Municipalities was issued by the DILG, DTI and DICT.
