On August 27, 2024, Barangay Palo 19 in the Municipality of Tampakan, South Cotabato, became the focal point for the "Ugnayan sa Barangay at Serbisyo Caravan," an initiative that brings essential government services closer to local communities. The event, attended by DILG OIC Provincial Director Hayd-Ali Suwaib, highlighted the importance of unity, public service, and community development.

Other government agencies offered services such as civil registration, agricultural support, and livelihood assistance, catering to the diverse needs of the community.

In his speech, Suwaib emphasized the importance of bringing government services closer to the people, particularly in remote and underserved areas like Barangay Palo 19. "We are here today to show that the government is not far from you. We are committed to ensuring that every citizen, no matter how far, can access the services and support they need," he said.
