City Mayor Ronnel Rivera visited the beneficiaries who were situated in the most uphill village of barangay mabuhay which will took almost two-hour-ride from the city notwithstanding the backbreaking-and-winding- road-challenge.

Prk. Chairman Edelberto Manero and Mr. Norberto Manero expressed their gratitude in the government wherein basic necessities like water were being addressed and reach out to even the farthest of communities.
