Levelling off with the Regional Inter-Agency Monitoring Task Force (RIMTF) on the Implementation of CY 2023 Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) and CY 2024 Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC)

DILG Dose with the Regional Inter-Agency Monitoring Task Force (RIMTF) Gears Up for the Implementation of Child Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) and Local Council for the Protection of Children.

The activity was participated by the following regional line agency, academe, and civil society organization partners:

  1. Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD):
  2. National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA);
  3. National Nutrition Council (NNC);
  4. Department of Education (DepEd);
  5. Philippine Information Agency (PIA);
  6. Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU); and (7) Save the Children.

The activity aims to establish a uniform appreciation of assessment indicators and a well-coordinated and effective preparation process for Local Government Units (LGUs) for the upcoming CY 2023 Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) and CY 2024 Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC).

During the activity, LGMED Division Chief Musarapha A. Alim delivered a message on behalf of OIC Regional Director Rochelle D. Mahinay-Sero, CESE. In her message, she expressed gratitude for the continual support of the program by the Department and for sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure that LGUs are well-guided.

The insightful exchange underscores a collective commitment to ensuring the success of the Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit and the Local Council for the Protection of Children.
