In celebration of the National Peace Consciousness Month this September 2016 with the theme “Peace Ta sa Komunidad: Peace Month Serbisyo Caravan”, the DILG XII participated in the Serbisyo Caravan spearheaded by the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) on September 22, 2016 at Brgy. Ilian, Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat. The activity was also participated by different regional line agencies, the local government unit of Esperanza, and the Province of Sultan Kudarat.

The regional line agencies provided programs and services such as Medical/Dental Mission, Feeding Program, Clean Up drive, seeds distribution, Libre Gupit, Oplan Tuli, Live Birth registration, and livelihood assistance to the Internally Displaced Person (IDPs), Women and Indigenous People (IPs) of Brgy. Ilian. The DILG XII given the information drive through the distribution of DILG News Publication and video presentation on Grassroots Participatory Process (GPP) Success Stories, Operation Listo and DILG Bridging Gaps Touching Lives – Sultan Kudarat.
