DILG XII Convenes the RMCC for the 1st Quarter of 2017

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) XII convened the Regional Management and Coordinating Committee  (RMCC) Members for a meeting on March 30, 2017at the Villa Amor Hotel, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Committee, Regional Director Reynaldo M. Bungubung, CESO IV of DILG XII and attended by the Vice Chairperson Director Veronica C. Hatague of  NAPOLCOM XII, together with the members:  JSUPT Joel S. Superficial, Regional Director of BJMP XII, PSUPT Mario Cortes, Regional Training Director of PPSC XII, PSSUPT Jose A. Briones of PNP XII, SFO1 Jonnalyn S. Valdez of BFP XII.
The RMCC members presented their respective updates on their Programs, Projects, Services and Activities (PPSAs). The DILG discussed the MASA MASID Program as well as the concept of Federalism, ASEAN Philippines and Operation LISTO.
The PNP focused its presentation on the PNP Project Double Barrel: Reloaded; the PPSC-RTC on Approved Master Education and Training Programs for CY 2017; the BJMP  on the Activities conducted for the Inmates’ Welfare and Security; the BFP on the Fire Prevention, Suppression, Investigation and Medical Response Activities; and 

 the NAPOLCOM on the PAPs that need the complementation of RMCC-12 Member Agencies such as the Holding of PLEBs Training/ Workshop, Regional Crime Prevention Action Plan Planning/Consultation, the Celebration of National Crime Prevention         Week (NCPW) on the 1st Week of September, and the submission of monitoring report on the performance of LCEs as Chairperson of the   Peace and Order Council and as NAPOLCOM Deputy.
The Committee moved to pass three (3) Resolutions to address various concerns raised by the BFP, BJMP and PPSC-RTC. It was also agreed that the next RMCC Meeting will be on the 2nd Tuesday of June 2017 to be hosted by the BJMP.
