The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region XII (DILG XII) formally sealed its partnership with Mindanao State University – General Santos (MSU-Gensan) through the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the implementation of the Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS) in General Santos City last May 14, 2025.
Held at the Wagi Hall of DILG XII’s Regional Office in Koronadal City, the event was graced by key representatives from DILG XII, MSU-Gensan, and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of General Santos City.

The Regional Gender and Development Committee (RGADC) XII successfully convened its 2nd Quarter Meeting on May 20, 2025, at the DILG XII Wagi Hall, Prime Regional Center, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato, with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Region 18 serving as the gracious host and sponsor.
The committee expressed its sincere appreciation to BIR 18, headed by Regional Director Christine Juliet R. Chua, for its generous support and warm hospitality, which greatly contributed to the productive conduct of the meeting. BIR 18’s sponsorship reflects its ongoing commitment to promoting gender-responsive governance and active engagement in regional GAD initiatives.

In line with the celebration of Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month—which promotes a whole-of-government approach to ensure efficiency in all government-related transactions and to spur local economic development and sustained growth—DILG Region XII spearheaded an orientation and the 1st Semester EODB Focal Persons’ Conference. The event aimed to orient participants on the Recovery Initiative for a Sustained Economy (RISE) and various EODB programs, laws, and issuances. It was held on May 14, 2025, at Habi Hotel, City of Koronadal, and was attended by DILG Program Managers, Provincial/City EODB focal persons, and their alternates.
