Aradanas, MPA, Regional Chief –Eastern Mindanao Regional Officer; Engr. Guilbert D. Simene, Chief Technical Operations Division, representing Engr.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region XII (DILG XII) formally sealed its partnership with Mindanao State University – General Santos (MSU-Gensan) through the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the implementation of the Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS) in General Santos City last May 14, 2025.

Held at the Wagi Hall of DILG XII’s Regional Office in Koronadal City, the event was graced by key representatives from DILG XII, MSU-Gensan, and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of General Santos City.
