The 3-day activity aims to: a) harmonize the preparation RPRAT end-of-program report by prescribing a standard template; b) make an assessment of the RPMT operations and identifying ways on moving forward; c) orient RPMTs on the ADM governance roadmap, monitoring tracks, citizens engagement strategy, and CapDev Agenda; d) share BUB programs gains and successes over the 4-year period of implementation with the project beneficiaries and local officials; and e) build/strengthen solidarity among RPMTs and BUB/ADM stakeholders.

It was attended by RD Jonathan Paul Leusen of DILG Region II, DILG-BuB/ADM PMO Program Managers and staff and the BuB Regional Project Management Teams (RPMTs) and Division Chiefs from the 17 regions.
The successful conduct of the 3-day activity was attributed to the unwavering support of the officials and staff of DILG XII headed by RD Reynaldo M. Bungubung, CESO IV and the PMO headed by Mr. Richard Villacorte and Mr. Lambert Ramirez.

Also, the DILG XII and the PMO are thankful for the support provided by South Cotabato Governor Daisy Avance-Fuentes, General Santos City Mayor Ronnel C. Rivera, Mayor Honey L. Lumayag Matti of Polomolok and Mayor Antonio B. Fungan of Lake Sebu.
