The Department of the Interior and Local Government Regional Office XII, headed by Atty. Rochelle D. Mahinay-Sero, CESE, represented by DILG Provincial Director of South Cotabato Hayd Ali S. Suwaib, proudly took part in the Civic-Military Parade and Opening Program of the 26th T’nalak Festival and the 59th Founding Anniversary of the Province of South Cotabato held on July 11, 2025.

This festive event marked the official opening of a week-long celebration that showcases the rich culture, history, and unity of the people of South Cotabato. The Civic-Military Parade and Float Competition, a highlight of the festival's opening day, brought together a diverse lineup of participants from national and local government agencies, security forces, civil society organizations, and private institutions in a vibrant show of solidarity and pride.

The participation of DILG DOSE personnel in this significant provincial celebration highlights the Department’s steadfast support to local cultural initiatives and its commitment to fostering good local governance, community engagement, and peace and order.
