These projects were prioritized for implementation to contribute to achieving the goals set in the SOCCKSARGEN Regional Development Plan endorsed by the Regional Development Council (RDC) XII. The committee aimed to identify bottlenecks or challenges hindering project implementation by soliciting feedback from stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of a project, while also investigating opportunities for collaboration and synergy to realign projects with their intended trajectory.
The Regional Development Council XII's project monitoring division, known as RPMC XII, is in charge of keeping an eye on and assessing the region's priority programs and projects, especially those that are experiencing implementation bottlenecks and those that should be replicated. It also sends monitoring reports and suggestions made during problem-solving sessions to RDC XII for information and suitable action.
RPMC is chaired by NEDA and Co-Chaired by DBM. Apart from DILG XII, other members include Private Sector Representative, NGO Representative, and Presidential Management Staff (PMS).
