Rationale/Objective/Remarks: 

AIDIS is a joint project of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), and Department of Health (DOH), respectively in support to the government’s thrust and drive to eradicate the illegal drug menace in the country.  AIDIS will serve as the data repository of all drug related records that includes the profiling of drug dependents, prevalence and characteristics of drug dependents across LGUs in the country, and the aftermath of the surrenderees and apprehended.  Further, it will be a data gathering tool for analyzing of information necessary for decision making, planning and implementation of aligned programs.
