The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) XII, through the Local Government Capability Development Division (LGCDD), conducted this year’s First Quarter and First Semester CY 2026 EODB and CBMS Focal Persons Conference at the Habi Hotel, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato.

The activity was attended by Program Managers, Provincial/City EODB Focal Persons and Alternates, together with CBMS Focal Persons of the region. It aimed to present and discuss CY 2026 EODB and CBMS-related activities, as well as address issues and concerns for more efficient implementation of EODB PPAs.

LGOO VI Mary Eulen Y. Abdilah, Assistant Division Chief of LGCDD, presented the Overview of the Activity and emphasized that the conference is a significant venue for gathering field issues and concerns to ensure effective implementation of EODB and CBMS related activities for the year.

LGOO IV Shylack C. Limao, Regional EODB Focal Person, expressed gratitude to all Provincial/City EODB Focal Persons for their efforts, which contributed to DILG Rehiyon Dose being recognized as one of the Top 9 Performing Regions nationwide in the implementation of Ease of Doing Business programs, projects, and activities for Fiscal Year 2025.

This year’s focal persons’ conference serves as a remarkable beginning of Rehiyon Dose’s continuous efforts to help LGUs improve competitiveness and promote Ease of Doing Business in their respective cities and municipalities across SOCCSKSARGEN. The First Quarter and First Semester CY 2026 EODB and CBMS Focal Persons Conference is an annual activity of the region through LGCDD, gathering all EODB Provincial/City Focal Persons and, when needed, CBMS Focal Persons, in preparation for the implementation of EODB and CBMS-related PPAs.
